Parcel tracking and management

PIC is a fully frontend-driven parcel tracking and management system. All client interaction happens through shortcodes — the client never needs /wp-admin access. It has two modules sharing one plugin:

Parcel tracking — import/manage parcel records from CSV or a courier API, give staff a role-gated dashboard, and let recipients track a parcel publicly by tracking number (including any linked sub-tracking numbers from other couriers).

Sender / booking — a public 4-step flow (parcel details → service quote → pickup & delivery details → review & pay) that turns a completed, paid booking into a trackable parcel once a waybill is assigned. Optionally bridges to WooCommerce for payment.
